For Interns

Would you like to gain practical insights into the world of a consultant at Bosch? As an intern in our Inhouse Consulting department, you will be part of a young, dynamic and committed team that is constantly improving business processes in various areas (automotive, industry, consumer and building technology). In addition to consulting activities, you will also get to know the international context of a leading industrial company and gain valuable experience for your professional career. Through weekly exchange meetings, intern events and after-work activities, we offer you the opportunity to interact closely with other interns and experienced consultants.

For graduates of a Bachelors degree

Practical experience or Master's degree? With us, both is possible! After completing your Bachelors degree, you can take part in our in-house consulting projects for up to 12 months. In the PreMaster programme, you will be able to take on areas of responsibility within the projects and thereby create sustainable added value for our leading international company. During the PreMaster programme, you will be able to accompany various projects. This will enable you to gain sound and valuable experience in the consulting environment for your future.

FAQs for your entry opportunities

  • At Bosch Management Consulting, the duration of an internship is three to six months.
  • The duration of the PreMaster program is approximately twelve months.

Once we have received your application, you may be invited to an initial interview. In this interview, everyone involved will introduce themselves, you will complete a case study and have the opportunity to ask questions.

We offer various networking opportunities. We offer weekly exchange meetings both within the department and with Bosch throughout Germany. In addition to after-work activities with experienced consultants, we also organise exciting intern events.

After your practical phase at Bosch Management Consulting, you can gain further experience during your master's studies through support from Bosch, for example, through working student positions and writing your master's thesis within the company.
